How do you vote at the federal election I believe in programs that help the under privileged I believe in programs that sustain our environment I would love to employ people in my business but am reluctant because if I get someone who is not committed and passionate I am penalized as an employer by those who think employers are greedy rich im not allowed to sack someone who underperforms without being judged by the law. If i pay an excellent performer over the award no one cares People with jobs have a commitment to an employer which is often overlooked in our economy. Business is a two way street If employees want a better deal then a change of attitude is required to the employer. Anyone who doubts this should try to set up a small business !
