How many people have said or will say, why didnt he just put his window down and none of this would have occurred? Plain and simple....he was within his RIGHTS not to do it!! As soon as the man said no sir the Officer got hostile. And why did he get hostile? Because he knew that the guy was right. Police dont like it when you say NO even when they know that youre right and they are wrong. Arent we as the American people having enough of our rights taken away?? Become informed people. YouTube has some extremely informative videos on our rights. Some by retired police and prosecutors. Check them out. Youd be surprised and remember you have the right to record the police!!
