Howdy,Im not sure where to begin, a lot of folks know of who I am ,or were ! But if Ive ever offended ,bullied , cheated lied to or talked about youre Father mother sister brother Or kicked youre dog or cat ! Please ,let me sincerely apologize now ! This is a long story, and a long shot but here goes . To tell you the story i need to take you back , a little bit ,My father was killed in a trucking accident and my family moved back to mi from Alabama ,I went to McKinley ,prairie elem. jr high , and Adrian high ,should have been class 73 or 74 but I wasnt very smart back then and they may have added a year ! any way .The spring of 72 I believe it was (crs) I was attending jv football practice and I wore to school that day a watch that my mother gave me .It was the watch my father was wearing when he died dec.7 1957 ! She had it repaired at berndts jewelry because it stopped working the second he died ! NOW LET ME BE PERFECTLY CLEAR ,! I AM NOT MAKING ACCUSATIONS AGAINST ANYONE ! I cant remember if I gave my dads watch to coach ,Francis hazen,left it in my locker or simply lost it playing football ! But at the end of that practice my watch was no where to be found ! There was an altercation and I was dragged , kicking and screaming probably all sorts of epitaphs and even lunged at mr bachmeyers in his office if I got his last name misspelled , sorry and I was EXPELLED ! From there ,,I did more stupid stuff ! And I regret those as well ! Id like to thank the United States marine corp for helping straighten me out. But I did a lot of stupid after them as well !but thats another story ! But I thought maybe ,just maybe ,If there were a construction worker or a guy ,like me that DID a lot of stupid things when we were younger like I have ! And maybe regret things that theyve done just like I have, or there is someone who is wondering where that wonderful old watch came from ,,Id love to have it back ! My timex needed a battery and I grabbed the wrong watch to take to have a new battery , it a timex to , nothing special, just a watch I got for Christmas a long time ago, but it means a lot to me ! I had to go home and retrieve the one that needs a battery and had it replaced and gently placed the other old timex that no longer needs a battery because it quit long , long ago back where it was ,,,Ive been on the verge of tears since ! If youve stayed through this saga thank you ! And again ! If you are one of those Ive insulted or hurt in any way ! Im sorry !
