Hypothetical: 10 years from now ( Obamacare passed ) an ego-maniacal President ( party does not matter ) is pushing to get some humongous monstrosity of a bill passed. Some part of the other branches of government does not want to fund it. SOOO, the President threatens to shut the government down along with the hospitals since it is now under government control...What is in place to stop this from happening...Keep in mind that ego-maniacal presidents do as they wish and do not follow the constitution...Just a hypothetical 8)
