I LOVE this. I regrettably was like this mom until November! Shortly before Grayson was born. I dont know whether it was my approaching 32nd birthday or the final countdown to baby number 2 that triggered this light bulb moment but I am so glad it happened. People will always find a way to judge and criticize. We have all done it and it, unfortunately, is just a way to make you feel superior. To put others down for their choices. Otherwise, why would we do it? Judgment doesnt do any other good. Once you realize all of this and let go of the fear of judgement, your parenting becomes so much easier. My prayer for 2015 is that I care more about what God would think of me as a mother and wife and less about the opinions of others. I recommend this freedom to everyone. It feels wonderful :)
