I agree with the decision of the ruling of supreme court. although the court of appeal was given power to interpret the constitution and reach to its own conclusion. but it is well established in our laws that parliamentary petitions can be petitioned in the supreme court. since the judgment is pending for final disposal in my view I think that Rebel MPs should keep excising their power as an MPs. But they should not rejoice for that because they dont know the out come. all in all I thank the Justices of all courts of unction which is illegal. with such remarks I rest of MPs Issues and of NRM as we are waiting for final disposal. Justice is not only be done, must be seen and then be done.
