I agree with the judge... I dont think he was guilty of murder... He did act hastily and use excessive force compared to an abled body person but being on his stumps he may have felt inadequate and I believe, in fear of his life when he shot through the door. I honestly believe that he thought it was an intruder not his girlfriend in the bathroom. I tried to put myself in his shoes (no pun intended) and the disadvantage he has whilst on his stumps. I believe this would have made him react the way he did. He does deserve manslaughter and he does deserve a very long jail term due to the fact that he did kill a human being but I dont believe it was pre meditated.This is just my opinion guys, feel free to comment either way.......
