I always tell people to make sure they appreciate even the smallest of steps towards reaching their goals, because all those small steps will eventually lead to something great. (This goes for any goals you may have in life, not just fitness related) We are all human though, and sometimes it is hard to listen to your own advice. Ive been organizing some of the photos Ive been taking along the way with this most recent meal plan/challenge I have faced myself with...I started taking photos the very first week, and did several updates along the way the most recent ones being at the 8 week mark. Its hard to notice differences on a day by day basis, but comparing that first week to the eighth really took me by surprise. I decided to then look back to my photos I took ~11 months ago and it made me really excited for what is yet to come. I notice a lot of differences where Ive toned up, but the differences in my smile is what I notice the most. Quite honestly that is what means the most to me. :)
