I am White, its difficult to post this, but in My Opinion, This Man makes a Whole Lot of VALID Points. Does Racism and Police Targeting of Black People Exist? Sure it does. Does not mean that Black People Cant Rise Above? No it does not. As the Change has been happening and continues to happen, there has been and is currently push back from People that are Racists. There are People that Believe in A Superiority of the White Race ... those folks are not going to roll over and play dead. Those racist folks are a definite obstacle for All Of Us that Believe In Equality. This Change is going to be much easier for some people than it is for others. The level of Determination in some people is going to be much greater in some people than it is in others. No two people will face the exact same obstacles. Many will face outrageous obstacles in their paths ... many will not. Some White Folks will offer encouragement, opportunity, friendship, brotherhood ... many White Folks will not. My experiences have taught me that this Fight For Change will NOT be easy for most of us .... regardless of the Color of Our Skin. I welcome comments ... but emotional rants - in defense of a point of view or attacking a point of view - will be deleted.
