I am about to define what being a true Leader really means. A true Leader is willing to do whatever it takes,whenever it is needed, not for theirselves but all those around them. A true Leader does not care about their success but rather those around them:-) A true leader does not care about the critics or those who stand on the sidelines watching for fear they would be criticized instead of being the critic. A true Leader does not have hidden motives or agendas, does not conspire for personal gain:-) A true Leader does not listen to the whispers or the critics, he understands it is all part of being a Leader and relishes the rise and falls, the wins and losses knowing without them he could not be a Leader:-)
