I am after any witnesses to accident, occurred Monday 17th March 2014, approx at 4pm, on leach hwy heading towards the airport, between Orrong rd and Abernethy rd Kewdale. We were banked up at the lights and the truck pulled out from behind me and scrapped the rear right side of my car. I drive a White Prado rego KORINA1. I know there was a truck that was behind and would have seen it. Also cars in front that would have herd me continually beeping my horn. I did beep my horn quite a bit and the truck kept on going. I have been in contact with the owner of Quality Affordable Tiles in Malaga, his name is Kareem, and he is not taking any responsibility as his driver is not owning up to the accident. Even though I drove out to Malaga straight after the accident and showed him my car, and the driver also saw it too. A police report has been made, but clearly this is still not enough for Kareem to take responsibility for. The truck is a white HINO, rego 1CBR343. The driver was wearing a bright orange t.shirt.
