I am beyond thankful that after jiu jutsu class last night, my son ran back inside and grabbed a popsicle that sensei was handing out. Those 10 seconds possibly saved my sons life. Because on the way home, my husband took my son to Vons to grab some ice cream. Right when they got out of the car, gun shots were fired at the stores entrance. I am thankful that God kept my husband and son safe last night. My son is just going to have to endure a thousand and one kisses from me today.
