I am confident that the present model of care is on the precipice of crumbling under the fist of birthing women. It may take several years or lots of years, but it is time to start behaving within this forthcoming paradigm that places birthing women in control. The quicker we all get on board with this new model and stop reacting and operating out of an outdated and oppressive model, the sooner it has the ability to shift.
