I am getting excited for the next journey on my docket, coming up in a few short weeks! I will be at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, MA. Jai-Jagdeesh, Ajeet Kaur, and I, will join forces for the first time ever to deliver an amazing weekend of Kundalini Yoga and music, supported by the brilliant musicians, Todd Boston Music, Matthew Schoening - Solo Electric Cello, and Tripp Dudley. Together we will lead participants through a journey of self discovery. Practicing together to relax deeply into who we truly are, and supporting each other in the process of integrating that light into our lives. Sometimes very challenging, but always worth it, life requires a constant choice to follow that which supports your truest path.
