I am growing increasingly dissatisfied with our government agencies. First, Catherines passport delay- that we received only after contacting a Congressmans office and a drive to Houston (plus the added expense) no phone calls back from the office after 10 requests for calls concerning her passport. Today, Ive been in the drive thru lane to get my tags. There are 2 cars ahead of me, and the line has not moved in 35 minutes. I park, walk inside- and they have only 2 people working. Really? Oh- and there are so many people that you cannot wait inside. Awesome. Yes- I should have mailed it in. That might have been a priority if I had not been so worried and spent so much time trying to get Catherines passport from Houston. :-/
