I am in a place in life where I feel personal stagnation. I feel like there is something I should be doing or a direction I should be moving towards. However, God is revealing to me that I am on pause. He needs me to be still so he may attend to the wounds of my last battle. He needs me to be still so that he may give me instructions for my next movement. I am his living song...he has placed a Whole Rest in this part of my composition. I need to take this time to reflect on where Ive been, where Im going, and if there are any patterns I have noticed, so that I may move through them easier than I have in the past. I am breathing deeply before my next stanza. I am preparing myself for what is to come. Right now, in this moment, I must rest. Where are you in the composition called Your Life?
