I am obsessed with cast iron right now. We used it camping and it worked beautifully. We tried to roast a chicken on the open fire (Not in the c.i.) and failed miserably, So when I saw a very similar roaster at my favorite resale shop, I was sorely tempted, But it was $30 so I passed. Woke up this morning and did some research. Similar pans with lids cost $85 or more, so I went back to see if it was still there. It was. But now its in my oven receiving its first Seasoning. It is a generic no name version of the one here. Im a happy camper. Still searching for a mid sized skillet. We have a large one, and a small one perfect for cornbread. Plus the Wagner dutch oven that I paid $5 for at a yard sale.
