I am often asked why my approach to health & fitness is different. It is my belief that lack of self-care such as weight issues, (Over or Under) addiction, consumption, obsessions in over training and self sabotash are just the symptoms of a deeper issues… lack of self-nurture. By only focusing on only one aspect of health we dont get to the root cause, therefore long term success is rarely reached. We are whole beings, and we must start looking at health in a Holistic way.
