I am planning my Sunday Out and "Running Beyond Myself" of Oct 6 like this: -I will wear only what I usually wear for running -only exception is the great new T -Shirt that I will get on Oct 5 in the EXPO along with my BIB -I will dab Vaseline on all areas of my body which will come in contact with my clothes shoes inner wear to avoid chafing and irritation (particularly since I will be running 10K) -I will practice wearing my running clothes and gear and bib and timing chip on Oct 5 itself . (I will keep a shoe lace handy for timing chip) -I will try electrolytes (enerzal or electral) and fueling (dry energy food) during my practice runs this week (done). I will buy enough supplies of these this week. -I will not wear brand new shoes for the run even if I wish to be in my Sunday best! I will break in my new shoes in my practice runs (done) -I will try out new different headphones buds cellphone carry arrangements during my practice runs -I will carefully plan safe custody of valuables which i will not be taking along for the run How about you? Do you have any suggestions to make my run and your run enjoyable?
