I am starting a TEEN AWARENESS GROUP starting this Thursday April 3rd after getting done teaching my classes at 8:30-9:30 at Team FIT! Its only going to cost $2.00 per class for supplies and documents I need to pass out and buy for the class. This class is going to focus on teens in the neighborhood who not just want to lose weight but also kids with self esteem issues, being picked on in school, may feel they dont fit in, and just teens that might need someone to talk to! The ages are going to be between 12-17. Female or Male! We will do it once a week! I have a background in law enforcement with a degree in criminal justice and psychology. I want to not only help teens build self confidence but show that they are special and also to help them not get involved with peer pressure! Please let me know who is definitely coming and want to do this! I am buying supplies and want to make sure I have enough! Any questions please let me know! Team FIT is at 4240 Richmond Street!
