Here is a PRIME example: my friend Brittnay was supposed to arrive in Charlotte at 10:30am so we could meet everyone in Gatlinburg for our retreat together. Her flight was delayed- then delayed again and again - and then canceled. I even got on the phone with CS trying to helping her out........ Turns out US Air could ONLY get her on the later flight tonight b/c all the other flights are booked.....but then ironically at 4:47 she gets boarded on a booked flight via stand bye.......Wahhhoooo Whatever comes up in your life.....that is out of your control - and completely frustrating......let. it . go. Find a word - a number - a saying - a song something that gets you out of that frustration and back to the moment. There is a reason for everything..
