I am the way I am over animals cause I choose to be. I do my best not to eat them, not to wear them, and not to cause cruelty of any kind. I do this by checking things, to make sure they are animal friendly. its either a bunny symbol, or a v sign on the label (some also state it in words) - easy. if Im not sure I dont buy it - simple !!! if could have been, Id have been vegan/raw from the word go (not my choice though, bossy, strict parents !!) it has improved our health. its not only better for your health, but its better for the planet too even eating like they did in wartime (rationed) is healthier than the way we eat today.... and there are loads books, and web sites, for rationed meals
