I assign contacts in my phone different tones. I blocked one from a long time ago that I no longer would hear from. I was reassigning tones to different people just now. First time I have heard that particular tone since the beginning of the year. Holy anxiety it caused me. It cause me stress back then and just that 2 second tone was enough to bring it all back. Weird how something that little could cause such a strong and frightening reaction.
