I awoke this day, my birthday, and my back was sore, my head hurt, my knees hurt as I type this message as I realize they were crossed which I came across a year or two ago- it hurts to cross them as I get older, my neck is stiff and coffee barely wakes me up anymore. it is true, I am aging. lol. my dad told me awhile back when I slipped and fell doing something, I was like 25. he said hah just wait until you fall when your 50, it will be like you fell out of an airplane
