I been thinking about this court date on the 14th (i know right, bout time) while even tho it is just a motion hearing with the judge this is my opportunity to not only appear in person in the court room to show the importance this case is for me as my lawyer lays out my case and requests this motion to render a verdict in my favor but to also silently make my voice heard (the peoples voice) in the courtroom that laws have been broken by this person and when people break the laws there needs to be justice for the people who were negatively effected by their actions. I think 3 to 5 extra bodies entering the court room as my case is called in front of the judge, silently holding 8x10 sized signs reading things like ...Break the Law, Pay the Price or Protect the People, Justice for Derek or The Law is the Law, You Break it-You Go to Jail maybe Contractual Law; ..Tax, Title, Registration. No Title/Registration?Contract & Laws Broken or maybe If I Break the Law You can Bet I Go to Jail and Pay. So Should He and the last one i can think of is Make an Example of Lawbreakers, Quick, Swift, Harsh Punishment is a potentially effective way to make my case seem more publicly involved. It may seem and sound silly but judges dont want a case like mine to get all public and if he sees many people united beside a guy for something like a motion hearing perhaps he will want to put an end to this long drawn out process serving up some justice for the people. (And me) Would any of you be interested and available to do just that and make a court appearance with me in Orange County Circuit Court March 14th?
