I believe that Operation AMERICAN Spring needs to go forward. BUT IT IS CRITICAL you READ THIS and know that I do have concerns about Colonel Riley telling me that restoring our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, which CAUSED the vast majority of our economic, political and societal problems, is his very last concern. In other words, he doesnt care if our elected usurping Republican and Democrat enemies of our Bill of Rights take nearly all of your wages, your salaries, your property, by way of the IRS using Income Tax laws that DO NOT APPLY to you, according to the SCOTUS, to pay for their BUYING of votes from The Masses using your labor. He told me that getting our current usurpers replaced with his selected usurpers of our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, is far more important that restoring our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws. This is a coup! That is why WE THE PEOPLE must make the prime directive of this Operation AMERICAN Spring to be to restore our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws. We also need to have humongous PRE-May 16th Super Demonstrations and Protests at our State Capitols, by the hundreds of thousands, to COMPEL and NOT ask our State Representatives and State Senators to sponsor and pass State Sovereignty Resolutions with Arrest Provisions along with vital companion legislation which shall lead up to incremental State nullification of all Federal spending, usurpations and unlawful Acts by Congress and the Executive branch, since the 1913 Trifecta of Tyranny and Treason that exceeds the enumerated powers and spending granted to the Federal Government, as listed under Article I Section 8, of The Constitution, pursuant to our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws. Along with the incremental nullification of the unlawful size, powers, scope and spending shall be a corresponding State nullification of all withholding taxes, employment taxes, and income taxes in obedience with the SCOTUS findings and rulings on the Sixteenth Amendment which they ruled does not confer any new taxes on anyone who wasn’t taxable before it. Bringing all of these usurpations and spending, along with our gross wages and salaries, will allow the States and the people to pay for EVERYTHING they want in their State. And, long the line have so much money on their paychecks that it will result in massive additional demand for goods, services and products in our home towns and cities, which will result in small businessmen creating and building manufacturing plants and businesses to provide for the demand yielding a massive boom to our local economies. YOU ALL NEED TO START PLANNING FOR YOUR STATE O.A.S. PRE-State Demonstrations and Protests to compel your State Reps to pass these laws.
