I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Some people call us Mormons. We have a Welfare system to help all people in or out of our church. I was a single mom for over two decades and I was helped a couple of times by this system. I cried on the way to pick up my food and supplies from the church storehouse because I could not afford to provide for my family. When I got there I was welcomed with open arms and not made to feel embarrassed while they gave me food for my family. You might find this short video interesting. You will also find a fabulous movie coming out in a theatre near you on Oct 10th called Meet The Mormons directed by a friend of mine, Blair Treu, an American Film Director. It will be a great way to get to know a little more about the Mormon church whose real name is Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Mitt Romney is a Mormon. Watching this movie will be a way to get to know a bit more about him and his prior service as a Mormon Bishop. As for me I joined when I was 16 and it was the best decision I ever made.
