I cannot seem to crack this severe cold/flu thing I have going on. John just got over some weird version of the flu and I caught something as a result. We have been like hawks watching Avett and he seems to only show signs of a runny nose that is slowly going away. I, however, cannot breath through my nose and my sinuses are swollen. Basically it feels like my head is going to swell up and float away and my body is too exhausted to follow. I have been using the following treatments: -essential oil sinus congestion mix from the co op (goes into nose) -eucalyptus oil on bottoms of feet and chest and in a diffuser -humidifier -lemon/ginger tea -garlic raw and in everything I eat -soup, juice, oranges, H20 -I just took elderberry I am still nursing. My supply has decreased a little, but Avett is still eating and I seem to be able to sustain him. However, I dont know how much longer I can keep up. Any advice or recommendations other than just give it time?
