I cant believe I have just made Tenure at my Job!! The number of years are not in the double digits but as it relates to federal policy career tenure is automatically obtained once you complete 3-years of substantially continuous creditable service as a career appointment. For those wondering tenure is status giving to an employee indicating that the job or position is permenant. Revelation: there would never be tenure without probationary period. For some this has been a season of asking when or where. Its like your frustrated at the answer not yet. But Let me encourage you today to HOLD ON!!! There is a Season that is about to arrive and provide you with a PERMENANT MIRACLE!! That means when it Happen it Will Last!!! #holdyaheadup!! #thisyourseason!! #solidinGod!!
