I cant even begin to express how magical last night felt and the energy in the room debuting my new single DONE feat Niki Darling at the Get Out! Magazine Holiday party at BPM New York. After seeing the crowds reaction, I cannot WAIT until the single drops on Beatport and iTunes in January along with the music video! To my friends, family and nightlife family who were not able to make it to the show last night, heres a video of the performance taken by Demetrius Selassie Aviance! Im so honored to have such a talented, passionate team behind my music! Anthony Gibson, my partner at Keystone Music Group, not only collaborated on the writing of DONE w/ Niki Darling and I, but also pulled together so many elements including the styling, casting, scheduling, choreography, managing the show, and so, so, so much more! Edgar De la Torre, the video you produced for the performance using some of our b-roll from our music video shoot this week and literally staying up ALL night without sleeping finishing it, was incredible! It really made the performance. My choreographers & dancers who each brought such a unique vibe to the performance and worked so hard the past couple weeks: Darius Irving Omari Russell, Frida Linnea Persson, Tanya Allen, Yinka Parris & Rob! Very, very special thanks to Mike Todd for having us and being so hospitable. Im so excited for what we will be doing together in January!! Honey Davenport you looked FLAWLESS last night and gave us such a touching intro, it meant a lot, and thank you for doing the makeup during the first day of shooting of our music video! Michael Perez and Flippe Kikee, thank you for the costuming, hair and makeup you did for Niki. Marco Buonocore, you were the best damn Production Assistant we could ever have asked for! I want to also thank my manager, Joe Roszak for coming and supporting and to my boo Dj-Rico Alexis for his support as well. And very special thanks to my baby, Jacob Havoc, for putting up with my craziness this week, the apartment being a mess with video and music equipment, costumes, people coming in and out, and my long hours. I know it was tough on you too. And special shoutout to Michael Musto! I saw you front and center, girl!
