I cant even read this yet; Im disgusted with the first few words. Specifically the word TECH, as if Monsanto hasnt had agrotech blanketing more and more square inches of our grocery stores, SMOTHERING consumers and our soil with cancerous choices. As if technologization (you know) of our grocery stores inventories hasnt already been happening for decades. Brave new food????!!!!??? Gimme a break!!! Tech and its sasquatch footprint on alot of the western world (lets face it. Were hells kitchen. The good ol USA. Fighting for our rights to know what exactly were eating since we allowed ourselves to be lulled into complacency over past few decades.)...where was I?? Oh, ya, the reason there may even be any threat to food production is BECAUSE of tech and corporate greed and watching nothing but the bottom line, toxifying our lands, air, water...our minds. This article infuriates me because if we STOP corporate debauchery, and make dramatic changes to get GREEN as a country, we are driving towards a much more sustainable future. Yet the article begins like....yay! tech to the rescue!!! I cant back-up what I say with any research....call it intuition, or common sense. Or I could be totally wrong. Im sure many would think thats all well and good in a fairy tale, but unrealistic in costs...ummm, the costs of Monsantos production alone are costing many their lives and LIVELIHOODS!! FARMERS are being sued by the giant demon seed (ya. Ha) and being left with nothing. Corporate greed is a cost we cannot afford!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! The health and well-being of our population here at home is our incalculable value-added return if we cut the nonsensical UN-FOOD out and GO GREEN. Jobs. Healing of the planet. Less autism and other birth-defects cause by neurotoxins our govt nearly boxes us into consuming....OMG. Vaccines. YIKES. Big pharma and their pollutants to mind and body (meaning their products!!!), as well as our lands. And the AMA...!!! All these nutty political thunderwhores (Fishbones intellectual property, thank you Fishbone!!!) have been in bed together for decades, Im thinking syphillis is rampant amongst them because theyre obviously insane!!! BRAVE NEW FOOD is organic, non-gmo, locally sourced, sustainably grown. The costs of ignoring this dire need to change TODAY are in human lives, and those of future generations. GRRRR!!!
