I cant get a concrete answer from the net . So let me see if anyone here knows. Can a bloody nose be a sign of a concussion ? Landon got hit in the top of the head with a soccer ball. He then had a bad headache and said he was dizzy. No big deal. But now out of no where his nose will just start bleeding . Like bad . He has never really had nose bleeds before. He says he feels fine and is acting normal. Thanks.
