I could have written this! We have also marginalized men in our boys lives. When a baby boy is brought home, who does he spend the majority of time with until he is in 7th grade? If he is in daycare, primarily female providers, in pre-school, again females, in primary grades, primarily females. And, where is dad? "Busy" working and not even considered necessary to impact his son becoming a man. Does there seem to be an agenda here?
