I decided to start doing my Kpop pick of the week again. Even if no one reads/listens, its fun for me to write up. Ive been slightly obsessed with High4 ever since they sang with IU. Im not a huge IU fan, but they made me like her more. (And by slightly obsessed, I mean I learned all their names and searched them on tumblr.) Yall. Theyve done it again. This group is slowly creeping into my top five because Ive enjoyed every song theyve put out so far, even if their MVs could use a little direction. This is probably the worst crying-sissy-babyface video Ive seen since B.A.P.s Rain Sound, but the song more than makes up for it. It starts kinda slow, but it still has a good back-beat that had me nodding my head. Youngjuns rap breakdown felt a little separated from the rest of the song, but I appreciated it the same way I appreciated the gear shift in B.A.P.s 1004(Angel) ((why do I keep comparing them? haha.)) After that, it really picks up, bringing it to a high Kpop standard. Even if no one else agrees, Ill be listening to this song for a long time--and Ill probably keep it on repeat today.
