I definitely prefer the Rocky Horror time warp to the one Ive been stuck in this year! Spring had just started to to arrive when i was last at work... and Ive only been out of the flat to attend various medical appointments since that time. Meanwhile colleagues have changed teams, taken different roles, some have left, some have had more than one holiday, got married, given birth, retired...and today I had to decline my managers invite to two Christmas parties since my third surgery this year will likely be in late November or early December and Im not likely to be up and about much or at least not attending any parties this side of Christmas. This year has definitely not gone to the plans I began making this time last year.
