I didnt believe that I went to the store today picked up some more cheese to make sandwiches with and what cost me $10 just over 3 weeks ago is now 15. I asked why, he says the cow fart tax. Apparently the EPA wants to discourage cows from farting so they have taxed the farmers. They in turn are passing it on to the consumers. A gallon of milk which was about $2.59 is now $3.69. Anything that is dairy based is basically want up by third. These changes sure makes it more expensive to feed the homeless cheese sauces, Italian dishes with mozzarella, all of my casseroles. It really frustrates me.
