I didnt want to add to the concerns on a previous thread, as the person is worried enough I should image. However, it raised an interesting point for me, and I imagine a lot of other SMEs, who are currently unable to afford £5000 for a bespoke WordPress theme. I picked up a general distain for themed sites from those building websites, even the use of the c word. I would be interested in a frank discussion about themed sites generally, and whether their structure is fit for purpose? This is particularly relevant now that Google expects all sites to be responsive. Im under the impression that there are some great themes out there! As long as you are technically competent, or have the help of someone that is, and add good SEO, including regular relevant content, isnt this what WordPress is all about?
