I do not think that teachers should have an altar call at school, organized prayer, or even asked to bring Bibles, but to exclude the bible is foolish if the goal is Education.... In science, no matter how many different fields they invent, there can only be two types of scientist! Observatory or origin... My favorite origin scientist; Stan Lee... ;-p ... One scientist observes and makes his decision One scientist presumes, and tries to find facts to support it... teaching evolution is teaching origin science, I am okay with that, as long as we bring in some observational science to compare it with... At the end of the day the Bible is eye witness accounts of great events that happened on this planet that we are now finding geological proof of. Making it completely irrelevant is cutting off an arm. Not to mention understanding the oldest most celebrated book of creation is also understanding how people have crafted virtually every society that still exist today.... Jewish, Muslims, and Christians all have the same old Testament Bible ya know! It all goes crazy when a guy named jesus comes into the fold...Education is about learning and understanding right??? Lol
