I don,t trust IGAD any more,that was a IGAD who let Somalia peace not to succed in 1991the same in 1994 that was a IGAD who caused Rwanda genocide because they the IGAD failed to bring peace in these two country that is why war still in somalia now.my question is.Why IGAD turned African suffering as project? do you what ? All seven country of IGAD members are now fighting longside government? Accept Ethiopia never sent troops to south sudan to fight with south sudan opposition forces.IGAD has no decision south sudan would be like somalia next year.How can IGAD solve s.s problem while they involve in the conflict? the mediators of IGAD are getting lots of money that is why they dont want to solve s.s problem.
