I dont get it. How do you enact a federal law, then start pencil whipping it to make your special interest party supporters happy? Is that how it really is? If the next president coming in doesnt like the way a certain law reads can he just change it to say what he wants it to? Even if your the person behind a law once that law is enacted by congress, doesnt it take another vote by Congress to amend it? Maybe we already became Amerika and I just slept through the transition.
