I dont know what the hello is in my drain, but a gallon of sulfuric acid did not clear it! Im done.. Im not fighting with it anymore. Im tempted to show just how smart I can be, and take a page out of Berts book in the Tremors movies, and take just a few of the proper household chemicals, in the right proportions and blow the damn thing sky high!! But then I have to start repairing everything else that blew up with it!! And Ive got a Hutch full of Temptations dishes sitting in that kitchen... So, instead, Im just bypassing it all together. Im going tomorrow and getting 60 of 2 drain line, 1 cap, 1 elbow, and half a dozen collars. Then Im coming home, going under the house and back to the far side where the drain line for my washer comes down, Im using my 2 keyhole saw to cut a hole in that line, down close to the ground. slap the elbow on one piece of the line,, add a short piece of line to the other side of the elbow, and attach it into the washer drain.. then run a straight line all the way back up to under the kitchen sink. Once there, Im cutting that dang line in two, slap a cap on the end that goes to the rest of the house drains, closing it off completely, and connect the new line to the sink drain line with a collar.. after that , all I have to do, is place wire straps every 10ft or so, from the line to the floor joists to support the weight and keep it from sagging and wala,, new line! And with a 2 drop over @ 50 ft, a straight line, no curves or s traps other than the one directly under the sink, indoors, & only the one elbow which turns down into the main drain line on at opposite end, any water in it should run thru so fast that I wont even need to insulate it, other than maybe those Styrofoam tubes..
