I dont normally go this in depth and personal with my posts but at this point something needs to be said!! After 9 years I decided to file for custody and support. The courts gave me Primary physical custody of my children with supervised visits with their dad. Domestic Relations on the other hand decided that my kids deserve 22.88 each PET MONTH from him. The answer I got was With the information he provided us, we determined that HE CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT, so we created an order for the minimum support order. Over the last 9 years...I have used my gas to drive the kids to him, and pick them up, He would buy a pair of shoes and 3 outfits once a year. In those 9 years, he has lived in a $240,000 house. Drives a brand new truck, his wife has new vehicles all the time. They travel to Louisiana, Mexico, Jamaica, goes on cruises. He always has the newest toys- PS4, smart tvs, four wheelers, dirt bikes,- the list goes on. With all that said.....I am ENTITLED TO $22.88 per month per kid. How is this right????
