I dont think that drug testing is necessarily fair......because as long as the person isnt impaired at work and their ability to complete the task at hand isnt affected.....then there is no reason to invade what they do on their own time.......also as far as foodstamps and medicaid go.......I believe that marijuana should not be considered when going thru this process because for one thing its organic....all natural and people use it medicinally........but also because in most cases people are not using their foodstamps and medicaid to buy pot........these people still use it for there families..........its the crack heads and the heroine addicts that are taking from there families and misusing the system to feed their addictions. So drug test if you must.....but dont punish the people that arent abusing the system.............
