I double dare anyone to tell us someone who is putting more work into pizza than The Dough Bros!! If you can find them we will give you a free Pizza, beer & bruschetta. In fact well even give you €50, because I am absolutely certain no one puts in the thought, passion and creativity that we do. That is a FACT! Where else can you find a pizzeria that makes their baked Ham, lemon chicken, tandoori chicken, pulled pork, roast ginger soy and chilli beef, basil pesto, semi sundried tomatoes, garlic/chilli alioli, caesar dressing, balsamic onions, garlic butter, basil salt, etc in house? And thats not even half of it. Even down to the crouton on the Caesar pizza. We are not just any pizzeria, we have a passion for all kinds of food and love to merge our favourite dishes with pizza, using modern cooking techniques along with ancient traditional methods of making pizza. Our flour and tomatoes are the very best in the world and come directly from Naples! Our dough is left slow rise in the fridge for 3 days, leaving a lovely soft, light base that digests easy. Pizza doesnt have to be thick, bready, stodgy and heavy, laden with processed frozen ingredients. It can be so much more, made fresh with passion and great local produce. Ronan and the kitchen crew are breaking their (dough) balls everyday to raise the bar and take pizza to the next level.
