I fell earlier today in my kitchen. Fell HARD!!! My right hip or knee gave out, I hit my forehead on cabinet then fell backwards on my ass then hit my head on floor. Did I mention I hit HARD!!! Not sure if I lost Consciousness or not but all of a sudden my cats were laying next to me. All I know is it took me about 40 minutes to get to the phone. OMG I hurt so bad it felt like my spine was just shoved thru top of my head and I had massive headache. My doctor said go to ER. So spent evening at Blessing ER. No broken bones head CT was ok. I`m going to hurt like hell for a week or so!!!!! Just what I needed more pain. I have appointment Thursday in Columbia at Universitys pain clinic.
