I find it funny how people view me or need to place a label on me. Some people only see me as Mr. Mom (which is highly offensive to Mothers and Fathers BTW), some people view me as an entrepreneur, some people view me as motivational speaker, some probably view me as an arrogant prick. When I walked away from my career as an executive, I struggled with how people perceived me...like I was not adding enough value to the world. What I have learned is that it does not matter how others perceive me, it only matters how I perceive myself.
