I first began working on this in 2003 and finally completed it today. It is both the most important and most complex Inner Exercise that I have ever created. In the next few month I intend to produce a video explaining the ideal way to perform this exercise. Very quickly, it requires deep physical relaxation. So your body must be very comfortable. Then you need to enter into the hypnagogic state. When you completely relax your body and stare at the centre, if you do it right you will begin to negatively hallucinate because some of the lines around the edges will seem to fade. When this happens you will know you have made it. Now when you imagine, see pictures and images of yourself in your minds eye adopting those emotional poses. See and imagine yourself in the 2nd-person like you are watching yourself in a movie. When you sense, sense this as a reality from the 1st-person perspective, inside your body, here and now. And when you feel, breathe it up as feelings from your solar plexus, lungs, heart, throat, jaw, mouth, face and eyes (the primary feeling circuit).
