I got a call from heaven na hindi daw natuloy yong DAP funded PAMANA Projects on Cooperation for Peace and Development for the MNLF Camps to Communities or C2C projects consisting of 8.5 billion... The projects that the ARMM is imolementing is in the GAA. Heaven would provide me with all the projects funded by DAP... and once I have it in my hand... you can join me in scrutinizing them... 1. What projects undertaken from the DAP Funds; 2. Where are these projects undertaken and who were the beneficiaries; 3. Who were the contractors awarded...; and 4. Were these funds and projects properly bidded; published; and audited...? My good friend, Mayor Zam of Rajah Buayan is complaining that the road project from Pagatin to Barurao with 250 million allocation is the WORST Road project he has ever seen in his entire life...
