I got the latest on the golden boy... his child support from john doe (which is a non traceable annuity account opened by Schaefer) account is late... this happens periodically b/c whoever has that info policy number sometimes puts a hold on the check or another time switched up the automatic deposit account numbers so the check was sent into nothing but I am forced to wait until it shows up again back in the annuity account where its then reissued into correct account. ..they can never tell me how this happens what day it occurs or who actually makes this changes... still the outcome shows Oscar hasnt paid his support...However I know Oscar has no clue about this john doe account...its my belief Oscar was told by schaefer that I had wanted my ex husband to adopt Devon. .. hence the reason for why their attorney only used devons first name on corresponding letters and john doe paid for devons past medical bills filed under Devon desbrow... Desbrow is my ex I never wanted my ex to adopt Devon and as a matter fact I fought three years against schaefers attorneys while they continuously helped my ex work through the court system with their ultimate goal to remove Devons legal connection to his father... This adoption would have removed me from my sons life as well... with no option I decided to take a vacation without informing anyone of my departure. ... its not my fault someone reporting me missing... it was my assumption at the time that not one person cared about me getting ready to lose my son... so I think it was my mom who felt maybe oscars people had done some to us... but when oscar admitted to being Devon s father in a nbc interview the judge who up to that point had been illegally using the power of the riverside family courts (with the goal to remove oscars paternity rights and ultimately steal my son under the guise of family court proceedings). .. removed himself completely not only from the case involving my son but completely changed the kind of proceedings and bench he held... He was a criminal court judge but was sitting in family courts until Oscars interview then he disappeared back into the criminal court... the case of my ex trying to take Devon dissolved didnt have any more hearings after that... no more psychological tests no more leaving my son with a stranger for supervised visits between my ex abd oscars son... all of it just stopped once I was reported missing... if Schaefer would help in funding attorneys to rid Oscars paternity of his own son... he would steal Oscars company in a second... dont think he cares about anything other than control of a lot of money...greed getting rid of oscars son meant more for schaefer but that didnt happen This is why schaefer doesnt want Oscar seeing Devon nor finding out how Devon was traumatized after the September 2004 fight... schaefers dad was there and Devon was kicked out the back door of mgm
