I had a once in a lifetime opportunity to do something amazing with these well known NHLers. I was asked a long with my friend Drew Rigden to come out and teach them how to handle their sled before heading out to surprise the team. I got to be on ice alone with all of the players, and I will never forget how cool it was to dish one time passes to Sidney Crosby, not many people will ever be able to say they had the chance..It was quite an experience and I will never forget it. I also like how the commercial stays within the fine line between making sledge hockey look like a feel good sport for people who are usually looked at as special, or not normal hockey players. They really kept it classy and it really simply showcased how sledge hockey is just hockey. What a great way to promote the sport across the world, Gatorade really did a fantastic job and I am proud to have been a part of it.
